PURE OXI Demi-Permanent Liquid Developer contained a pH adjuster which neutralizes the ammonia in HIGH DEFINITION or SHADOW LOWLIGHTS and transforms the mixture into a no-lift, deposit-only hair color.
PURE OXI 10 Volume Clear Developer is fully stabilized and formulated for use when level on level or darker results are desired.
PURE OXI 20 Volume Clear Developer is fully stabilized and formulated for use when slight lifting of natural hair color pigment is desired.
CAUTION: Avoid eye and skin contact. Product contains hydrogen peroxide which can cause severe injury to the eyes. If eye contact occurs, immediately flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and contact a physician. When removing the cap, always point the bottle away from you. Keep out of reach of children.
